Our returns or exchange policy lasts seven (7) days from date of purchase.
We do not give refunds on any goods other than those which are found to be faulty, so please make your selection carefully.
Goods eligible for exchange must be in as new condition, in original packaging and with proof of purchase.
We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind.
We will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act to remedy any faulty goods. Upon inspection and/or product testing if the cause of the fault is due to not following the care label instructions or misuse we may not issue a replacement or refund. Please ensure all items are cleaned as per care label prior to returning.
Any approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
Any shipping costs are non-refundable
How to return your goods
Please click on the “Returns Form” under our returns link on our website and follow the instructions carefully providing all details as requested. Once received by us we will be in touch as soon as we can.
Please note you are responsible for organising and paying all shipping costs. The garment/s are the responsibility of the purchaser until received by us.
